Jan Platovsky / CEO - Co-Founder

Before beginning his internet experience Jan was CEO of a retail company in Chile. He has lived in the USA since 1995. After a few years of working for Ortel Corp. he became VP of Sales of the Wireless Repeater Division worldwide. In 1999 he partnered with some friends and founded ACSI in Riverside, CA. The company was doing broadband installs throughout the west coast for Time Warner, Cox, Adelphia and others. The company was sold to C-Cor in 2000. At the same time, in 1998, Jan was the first investor in Rainfinity and got the company started with a group of Caltech Engineers. Jan was sitting in the Board of Rainfinity Inc. till mid 2001. The company successfully sold to EMC in 2005.  Since 2000, Jan has been consulting for companies in the ecommerce industry. He met Wolf and Jason in 2005 when consulting for a common eCommerce client. In 2007, Jan joined Wolf and Jason to lead Live Stores Inc.

Wolfgang Reile / CTE - Co-Founder

Born in Munich Germany. Wolf is also the founder and president of SearchFit. Before beginning his Internet Service career, he spent 30 years managing international marketing and product development for several companies including Walt Disney and Coca-Cola Merchandising. Decades of experience marketing and manufacturing products in countries all over the world have provided valuable insight into what it takes to create a successful e-commerce business. After 13 years of helping his customers succeed in highly competitive online industries, Wolfgang is an expert in search engine optimization, site development and Internet marketing.

Wolf is known by the Team as the Chief Technology Evangelist (CTE).

Stanimir Stanev (Stanley) - Lead Software Architect and Developer

Stanimir Stanev holds a Master Degree in Computer Science from Varna technical university in Europe. He is a highly skilled professional with a broad multi-disciplined background in IT consulting.

In his more than fifteen years of Software Development, Stan has worked for companies such as Cisco Systems and IBM. At Cisco he was responsible for the development of a new SOA platform, which earned him the Remy Bricka Award for superior technical contributions. Prior that, he worked for IBM where he designed and developed software to monitor software and hardware problems on Windows, UNIX, and Linux systems. He was also a part of Cyberfort Inc where he developed variety of software for the banking, accounting, and financial industry. Right now, Stan is working for MomentumSI where he helps the development of projects utilizing the latest SOA, Web Services, and Java technologies.

Marco Nicolini / Director of Development

With over 5 years experience in Web Development and System Analysis, Marco is responsible for managing all the on-going projects. Originally from Brazil, he completed his Bachelor Degree in Computer Science in Sao Paulo, and since then he has gained great experience in Search Engine Optimization and Project Management. Marco has a experience creating a wide variety of successful websites using the SearchFit Ecommerce system.

Marco is not just a wild man in the office. He enjoys his weekends surfing and playing his drum set.

Ed Talmadge / Technology Manager

Ed Talmadge manages the production and updates for all our stores. Originally part of the SearchFit development team, Ed carries over his experience constructing  ecommerce websites. He is focused on providing customers with an incredible shopping experience. When his wife is able to pull him away from the computer, he loves visiting the many beaches of San Diego, jogging and traveling to other countries.

Raised in upstate New York and Massachusetts, Ed migrated to California where he graduated from Long Beach State University with a BS in Operations Management. After spending 2 years as the national customer service manager for Verizon’s top sales agent, he decided to change gears and study graphic design. Ed went on to teach computer graphic design and began designing ecommerce websites. Since then he has gained years of experience in design, web coding, project management and analytics. Ed brings a well-rounded skill set to our team.

Christina Racelis / Customer Service Team Leader

Christina Racelis joined Live Stores in 2005. She incorporates her retail management knowledge to developing specialty stores with strong web presence. With over 7 years of Operations experience, she also works with manufacturers and suppliers for quality merchandise at the best prices. These relationships help Live Stores create and expand its niche stores in turn providing customers the convenience of a “one-stop shop”. Christina continues to motivate and encourage the Sales team to provide superior customer service.

With San Diego’s pleasant and temperate climate, Christina enjoys a weekend drive along the coast and visiting local eateries with friends for al fresco dining.  A Southern California native, she also enjoys the downtown nightlife and comedy shows.  Aside from the weekend diversions, Christina maintains her focus on helping Live Stores enhance the shopping experience for its customers.

Kelsey Stewart / Sales Team Leader

Kelsey Stewart is the dedicated Sales Team Leader for all of the Live Stores, Inc. web stores. With a strong customer service background and a great sense of product knowledge, Kelsey pilots the sales team to provide outstanding service.  As the organizer for the Live Stores, Inc. sales team, she ensures that all sales representatives work closely with the Customer Service team in order to offer the ultimate shopping experience.  

Kelsey was born and raised in San Jose, CA before relocating to San Diego. She is still currently pursuing school through night classes while remaining focused on her career. When not at the office or attending school, she loves visiting art museums and is an avid freelance photographer.  Kelsey has an immense passion for supporting local music, artists and causes that inspires a great enthusiasm throughout all aspects of her life. This excitement and eagerness is a driving force in her work ethic that she uses as an inspiration for her sales team leadership.
